Worried that humanity is coming to an end on Friday? Well, everyone around the world is. Since the last couple of days, buzz is high that the world would end, as per Mayan prophecy, on 21 December, 2012.
On the other hand, another report says that there would be a total blackout throughout the world from 21 to 25 December because of change of planetary positions. Whatever be it…the situation certainly seems to be a little grim.
While some people are scared, many brush this report off as another petty joke.

So Tellychakkar.com talked to a few television celebrities to get their take on the world ending tomorrow. And if at all existence comes to a halt, then what would they do in the final moments. Let’s find out what they had to say…
Petite and amazing dancer Shakti Mohan, who is all set to launch her 2013 calendar today said, “Well, it’s my calendar launch today and I am super excited about it, no matter world ends or not. Since I am a good dancer, I would like to keep on dancing and spend my time with my lovely sisters and parents the whole night.”
Gaurav Chopraa, aka Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore from Colors’ Uttaran averred, “I don't think the world will end, for I believe for such a catastrophe to happen, one will see some major markers like earthquakes and tsunamis, but luckily we have not seen any. I really don't think any soothsayer has the all encompassing power to predict what will happen accurately. Having said that, an American reporter had chronicled a series of reports which have happened since the calendar year 2012 began. This indicates that something might be amiss. Here, I would like to suggest that tomorrow we all should spend time with our loved ones so even if nothing happens, it will be one day well used. Though I must admit that what begins must end, so one day the world will see a big bang just as how it all started.”
Maintained the beautiful and talented Ankita Lokhande who has became a household name with her splendid performance in Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta, “No, I don’t think that the world will end. It is a beautiful place to live in, then why would it end? But if it does, I would like to spend time with my boyfriend Sushant (Singh Rajput) and my family.”
“For me, it really doesn’t matter if the world ends or not. I am pretty cool about it. I am not a person who will plan in advance… no ways!! I follow only one mantra in life and that is ‘live as if it is your last day’. So for me, it is going to be a normal day like every other day,” added Karan Kundra.
Stated Angad Hasija, "In my opinion, the world won’t end; it won’t end so soon. I don't buy the predictions. Astrologers may have predicted but I don't think it will end. Planetary changes is one thing but world coming to an end can’t be predicted. If anything has to go wrong, it will. If the world was ending, I would spend long hours with my wife Pari and daughter Angel as they are my true world. And yes I will eat lots of sweets.”
Bubblicious and chirpy Krystle D’souza, who is seen as Jeevika in Star Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai quipped, “Well, I don’t think the world will come to an end and if it does, then I would like to ask for an apology from all concerned to excuse me if I have hurt them in anyway.”
“I don't think world will end, It's too much hyped. How can one be so sure of any doomsday in advance? Actually, everyone is just thrilled with the idea. It is appearing very exciting thing as if some festival is coming. Soon there will be Doomsday jokes and forwards. If the world was really ending, I will like to spend quality time with my mother and my dog Romeo as I can’t think of my life without them. Astrologers can never be God, God rules the world.” averred Mrunal Jain.
Rishika Mihani, who is currently seen in Love Marriage Ya Arranged Marriage, observed, “There will be no Doomsday. The world is a beautiful place to live in; how can it end? If the world was really going to end, I would like to spend time with my boyfriend Amiya and my family as they are my world. Life is all about loving people no matter who they are. God is the creator of the world, he won't destroy it.”
Here’s raising a toast to Life…cheers!!!
