MUMBAI: India vs New Zealand was an intense one and as the final match reached its end, even atheist fans became religious to pray for Team India’s victory. And it worked as India won the Champions League 2025.
India defeated New Zealand not once but twice. After Virat Kohli ducked at zero, fans were shocked and scared of losing the match but it wasn’t the end. There were times when the game became difficult but our players made sure to keep the game going with intensity and not lose it.
When India needed 2 runs in 6 balls, Ravindra Jadeja ended with a four. That’s when fans took a sigh of relief and jumped for a celebration. The entire nation celebrated this massive victory and so did the team.
