Your fitness mantra?
I workout everyday for at least an hour and there is no rest day for me. I focus on every body part for efficient fitness. Also, I do functional training like skipping and running. Being healthy and positive is my fitness mantra.
Your cheat food?
I like a lot of sweets, but I make sure to hit the gym and workout more the day I gorge on them.
Anyone you look up to as your inspiration?
Ironman of India, Milind Soman is super fit. At this age, he has a great body. That’s how I want to be.
Diet chart?
My basic rule is to avoid fried and junk foods. I am very particular about my meals and eat healthy. I don’t have any diet chart but I have oats, egg, milk, salad and fruits every day.
What keeps you motivated?
When I see fat people and the problems they face, it keeps me motivated to hit the gym regularly. As an actor, I need to look fit and good so that’s another reason too.
