MUMBAI: Are Aamir Khan and Salman Khan going to star in a film together? Everyone has been wondering this since Salman Khan's old X post, which hinted at a potential partnership, was dug up by Aamir's production company. A 1994 movie called Andaaz Apna Apna features them together earlier.
Aamir Khan Productions dug up Salman Khan's 2010 post, "I didn't let Aamir touch me after the film. Agar mujhe gold mein badal deta toh???” was unearthed by Aamir Khan Productions. " They responded, “We think about this a lot.”

This has led to widespread speculation that the superstars are about to reunite on screen, 30 years after Andaz Apna Apna became a massive hit. One person wrote, “New tease about an upcoming film?” Another added, “Both are going to do a project together.” One fan of the actors wrote, “Hope we will end up seeing a good movie.” Another added, “Something is cooking here!!”
While neither Aamir Khan nor Salman Khan have addressed these speculations yet, the possibility of their collaboration has created a lot of excitement among their fans, especially when Aamir’s retirement plans have been garnering attention recently.
Reflecting on his career, the actor-producer recently shared, “During COVID, at the age of 56, I realised this is the last leg of my career. I might have 15 more years of active work left, and I wanted to give back. The industry, society, and country have given me so much. I thought I could do one film a year, but as a producer, I can back multiple stories that I feel strongly about.”
Meanwhile, Salman Khan has teamed up with director AR Murugadoss for an action-packed thriller, Sikander. The shooting for this much-anticipated film began in June this year, and according to reports, the first schedule was completed by July 1. A recent update on the project reveals that Salman Khan will be taking on dual roles in the movie.
Additionally, the production team has reportedly ordered around 10,000 pistols and bullets in preparation for a grand action sequence scheduled for August 22. Salman Khan’s character in Sikandar is a businessman with a dual life. While he is portrayed as a philanthropist and a man with a heart of gold, his past shows him as a person who lived a more rugged life, as reported by the popular news portal.
