One such regional film which has now become the talk of the town is Chattisgarhi film Bhulan - The Maze. The film has bagged the National Award which itself speaks everything.

TellyChakkar got in touch with one of the actresses of the film, Anima Pagare. The actress revealed her overall experience of working in the film and how she felt about her film bagging the national award.

Sharing how it all started, Anima said, “Manoj Parmar was looking for actors who would fit in the role because it was a tribal movie. I am from Madhya Pradesh and I didn't know Chhattisgarhi. I said yes to the role as it was so beautiful.''

Anima added, ''I got to know that I was playing the main lead Omkar who played Natha in Peepli Live. I got very excited and decided to take up the offer. It was a non-glamorous role but I got ready to take up that challenge.''

The actress further revealed how they went to Chhattisgarh for the shoot and stayed at a tribal village.

Anima shared an interesting fact about the film. ''The extra cast in our movie includes the tribals.''

Interestingly, Anima didn't know Chhattisgarhi at all but somehow managed to pull off her role like a pro. She even did the dubbing for the movie herself which is quite amazing.

The actress had a great experience as she got to know about the life of the tribals who are totally disconnected from the city life and live peacefully.

Lastly, expressing her gratitude and happiness for her film winning the National Award, Anima said, ''We didn't expect this achievement. The film was made a long time ago and the makers were struggling to get the movie released. And now when the movie got the award, we all are awestruck.”

Many congratulations to the entire team of Bhulan - The Maze!
