No legal investigation against Demi Lovato's drug dealer

A source close to law enforcement told tmz.com that Johnson will not be questioned by police as an overdose is believed to be a "medical emergency".
Earlier Johnson said that the "Sorry not sorry" singer had texted him at 4 a.m., asking him to come over which he took as a request to bring narcotics leading to his claims they then smoked - also known as 'freebasing' - drugs together.
Johnson was arrested in March, after he was discovered with narcotic substances, $10,000 worth of cash and guns, and later arrested in June for possession of cocaine, as well as driving under the influence of alcohol.

Emilia Clarke tricked GoT cast with burn mark
Actress Emilia Clarke says she burnt her face by curling tongs and convinced her Game of Thrones cast mates that it was a birth mark.
"I'm good at doing my own make-up; terrible at doing my own hair. Can't do it to save my life. Never have been, never will be. I had a book of hairstyles when I was aged nine that my mum got me, that was like 'how to do a French braid' and months and months I poured over that book - and I can't do it," Clarke told Harper's Bazaar magazine.
She added, "If I try and curl my own hair I burn my face or my ears, I am hopeless. I recently burnt my face before the Game of Thrones wrap party and everyone was like 'we never noticed that massive birth mark on your face!' and I was like, 'No, it's a burn...' I had my head under the tap for about three hours!"
Clarke takes her beauty regime very seriously, but she does not believe in a whole cabinet of lotions and potions and, instead, relies on a silk pillow that she flips every night to ensure her pores do not get clogged and her hair stays frizz-free, reports suggest so.

Sharon Osbourne accuses Simon Cowell of underpaying her
TV host Sharon Osbourne has slammed the X Factor show's producer and judge Simon Cowell for not honouring the salary demands in her contract.
In an interview with Howard Stern, Osbourne called Cowell a "f**king pain in the arse" and claimed that Cowell will do "whatever" to get his "f****** fat face on the TV", reports suggest so.
Referring to the reported 10 million pounds paid jointly to Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field, to join the 2018 judging panel, Osbourne said, "I have a clause in my contract: 'favourite nations'. So Simon goes to the press and goes, 'This is the best 10 million I have ever spent. I'm like, okay, I have favourite nations: where's my f**king 10 million?"
The former MTV star also expressed that she was waiting to hear whether she would be getting a pay rise.
"But after I just said I am going to tie a brick around his neck and let him drown and now I am talking about it, he will be f****d," she said.
Osbourne was a judge from 2004 until 2007 on the show, returning in 2013 and then back again for the 2016 and 2017 series. However, she will have a reduced role in the current series.
Peter Andre finds juggling brood hard
Singer Peter Andre has admitted it can be a struggle to spend equal amounts of time with all of his children.
Andre has Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, with ex-wife Katie Price, and Amelia, four, and Theo, 21 months, with his spouse Emily MacDonagh.
"I think Ems really enjoyed spending quality time with Amelia and Theo (while we were away), as with four kids it can sometimes be hard to divide our attention equally. It's also been nice for Emily and I to split our time, especially because Junior and Bista go back to school this week," Andre wrote in his column for new! magazine.
The 45-year-old singer took Princess and Junior on holiday to Florida, last week, and Price took to Twitter to check in on them after alleging she had not been able to make contact with them, reports suggest so.

Alongside the Image, Lawson wrote, "It's already your birthday where you are so happy birthday to the nicest, owner of the most beautiful, generous, loving hearts ever, Brilliant too. Always thinking, planning, analyzing, strategising, how you can make everything you touch better.
"On this day you were four-months-old and I could not even control the excitement and pride and the all encompassing love I felt for you, my first born I made a vow to love and cherish you everyday. For the rest of my life! Sometimes I can't believe out of all the incredible people in the world I was chosen by God to be your mom!
"The day that you and your sister entered this world were the two best days of my life, hands down! It is a privilege to have carried you two in this body Enjoy your B-Day! No one deserves it more! I love you, Mom."
It's not yet known how the 'Crazy in Love' hitmaker will be celebrating her special day.
Angelina Jolie enjoys with children after custody agreement
Actress Angelina Jolie, who has recently called off the ongoing custody battle over her six children with her former husband and actor Brad Pitt, stepped out for an outing with the children.
The 43-year-old actress on Monday spotted enjoying labour hike with four of the six children she shares with the Fight Club actor, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Jolie was seen wearing loose-fitting gray t-shirt and skintight black leggings paired with black socks and black Nike trainers, while her daughters-Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, Vivienne, 10, and her twin brother Knox were casually attired for their adventure in the Hollywood Hills.
Shiloh wore a black tee and black cargo shorts while Zahara chose a black tank top and black sweatpants.
Vivienne opted for a gray t-shirt and black shorts while Knox went for a black Nike t-shirt and black athletic shorts.
Earlier this month Jolie had dragged Pitt into a public dispute over child support payments, claiming he was not making 'meaningful' contributions.
Robin Wright suggests 'second chance' for Kevin Spacey
Actress-director Robin Wright broke her silence on the allegations against her House of Cards co-star Kevin Spacey on "Today" almost two months ago, saying that she only knew the actor rather than the man. She also says that everyone deserves a second chance for growth.
In a new interview with Net-a-Porter, Wright says she believes in second chances, even as they pertain to Spacey, reports suggest so.
I don't know how to comment on that, I really don't," Wright began, when asked whether she thinks Spacey will ever deserve a career reprieve.
"I believe every human being has the ability to reform. Has the ability to reform. In that sense, second chances, or whatever you are going to call it - absolutely, I believe in that. It's called growth," she added.
Wright reaffirmed her "Today" statement that she has not been in touch with the actor, and said "he'll reach out when he's ready, I'm sure. I think that's the way it should go."
She added that she does feel sorry for Spacey, to some extent, though that does not mean she believes the men who came out against him shouldn't have done so or that she condones his alleged actions.
"I feel sorry for anybody whose life is in the public arena," she said.
"It's a nightmare, can you imagine? We do a job, we share (a performance) with viewers. Why does our private life have to be public? I hate that part of this industry. It's so invasive. I believe everyone's personal life should be personal.
"Positive, negative, neutral, whatever - I don't believe it should be anybody's business. But I'm not talking about this (#MeToo) movement. I'm talking about media. The exposure. It's an awful feeling. A stranger deciding they know who you are...I mean, it's criminal, it really is," she added.
Cynthia Nixon identifies herself 'queer' instead of 'lesbian'
Actress-turned-politician Cynthia Nixon prefers to be identified as a queer instead of labelling herself as a lesbian.
The Sex and the City star is currently running to become the Governor of New York, and if she succeeds, she will become the state's first woman and first openly-gay leader to take on the role, reports suggest so.
However, Nixon does not quite agree with the language frequently used to tout the possibility of her history-making campaign, as she considers herself queer, according to her campaign spokeswoman Lauren Hitt.
The term is one of the descriptions used in the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer or questioning) community by gender-fluid individuals who don't want to choose specific labels for their sexuality.
Hitt doesn't explain Nixon's reasons for the change of heart, after previously identifying as bisexual in 2012, but says "it's personal."
Nixon, who has made LGBTQ rights central to her campaign, was previously in a longterm relationship with teacher Danny Mozes, the father of her two elder kids, before falling in love with Christine Marinoni.
The couple, which shares a seven-year-old son named Max, wed in 2012.
Hitt's comments emerge weeks after the 52-year-old candidate said that her first child is transgender.
The 21-year-old, born Samantha, now goes by the name Samuel Joseph Mozes, nicknamed Seph, and Nixon went public with the news in June, as she heaped praise on her kid in honour of the annual Trans Day of Action (TDOA).
Nixon and Mozes are also parents to a 15-year-old son named Charles.
Alex Reid's fiancee suffers third miscarriage
Actor Alex Reid has revealed that his fiancee Nikki Minashe has suffered a third miscarriage amid her IVF struggle.
The former Cage Fighter actor took to social media to share the news to raise awareness about the side effects of IVF, reports suggest so.
He wrote, "We are absolutely devastated and I wasn't going to go public with this but I am to raise awareness. Next time you post a picture of your pregnant bump or your gorgeous baby think of those less fortunate. Today we lost baby number 3.
"We have been trying for a baby for several years through the help of IVF. My first baby (yes I call every loss a baby) my ectopic baby nearly killed my fiancee and she was operated on which was life or death and lost her fallopian tube. After that loss, we went on the IVF train. It has been the hardest emotional rollercoaster for us."
Reid also spoke about the difficulties of IVF, including the cost and the lack of support.
"She struggles very much from someone who struggles with not being perfect, the ideal woman, someone who has issues with not being in control, everything goes out the window with IVF from gaining weight, body shape changes and for what?"
He urged his fans and social media followers to think again before they ask a couple why they aren't married yet or why they don't have children yet.
"Maybe that couple is spending a wedding fund on fertility treatment and maybe that couple have been trying for years for a family. Don't take your babies for granted, cherish every single day from their first word to their first day at school because trust me when I say this.
"Many people would swap shoes with you to have the beautiful gift of raising a child the right way," Reid added.
