MUMBAI : Recently, actor Akshay Kumar addressed the speculation that he might be appearing in the third installment of the "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" franchise. He simply called the rumors "fake news" in an interview, making it clear that he is not a part of the Kartik Aaryan-led "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3." The actor made the comment while promoting "Khel Khel Mein," his most recent film.

Finally breaking his silence on the news, Akshay told a news portal, “No, absolutely not. It's fake news.”
The actor's appearance in the Amar Kaushik-directed movie, which takes place during the post-credits scene, caused a hysteria among fans. Fans of the actor took to social media to celebrate his participation, unable to contain their enthusiasm at seeing their idol join the world of the paranormal in "Stree 2."
At the box office, the actor is currently going through a blah phase. The supporters appear worried, despite his insistence that he will not stop working until the public once again finds enjoyment in his work. That's presumably the reason why rumors on social media began to circulate regarding Akshay joining the cast of the Anees Bazmee film.

Additionally, Vidya Balan, the original Manjulika, returns to the narrative in "Bhool Bhualiyaa 3." It's unclear as of yet whether she will play the same part again. Two more fresh faces that are joining the "BB" cosmos this time are Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri. The movie will be released on November 1st, over the weekend of Diwali.
