Divya Khossla, the only female actor to come out in support of other women who toil behind the camera, at ANN Awards 2024

MUMBAI : Divya Khosla needs no introduction as she is one of the most renowned and loved actresses  of the movies.

She debuted with the movie Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Sathiyo and then took a short break and returned back with Satyamev Jayate where she was paired opposite John Abraham.

She is also known for her skills as a director and her first direction was Yaariyan which was a massive hit and was loved by the audience.

The extremely lovely Divya is going places. After conquering the OTT space with her gritty thriller Savi the actress has made it to one of the top actresses of Indian cinema.

We now come to the biggest segment of the night, where we honor the Woman of the Year in Animation at the ANN Awards 2024. To do the honors, Indian Television Dot Com along with TellyChakkar, and Women in Cloud would like to invite on stage our Guest of Honor — a trailblazer who's been at the front and center of the Indian film industry since the past 2 decades.

A lady who's donned multiple hats with aplomb from Director and producer to writer, actor, and recipient of numerous international honors. She has again knocked it out of the park this year with the bumper hit, Savi, stamping her authority as a performer of gravitas, beside being the only female actor tonight to extend her solidarity for other women of repute and those who toil selflessly behind the scenes.

The actress is none other than Divya Khossla who graced the event with her celestial presence and presented the award for Woman of the Year.

She is the only actress who has come out and supported the women from behind the scenes of the creative VFX artists.

Not many celebrities come out in support of VFX artists but Divya took out her precious time and graced the event.

She presented the award to Charuvi Agrawal who won the Women of the Year Award.

Charuvi is an avant-garde multi-media artist best known for technologically enabled large scale physical artworks, animated short films, TV shows and immersive experiences (VR/AR).

Her films have been screened at various film festivals while her artwork has been displayed at various public forums besides being in homes of discerning collectors in India.

She has been honoured twice at "Limca Books of World Records" and at the age of 23 she was facilitated at "Incredible India @60" festival in New York by Coca-Cola as one of "the emerging 10 who would transform the global artistic landscape."

She has contributed to various publications and spoken at multiple platforms including GDG Women Techmakers

Well, there is no doubt that Divya is a loved actress of the movies and the fans can't wait for her next release.
