MUMBAI: Rani Mukerji's Mardaani 2 is all set to take on the theatres this Friday, and ever since the trailer first released, the villain in this installment has been creating a lot of buzz. While it took some time to finally figure out who he is, we now know that television actor Vishal Jethwa will be playing the villain in Mardaani 2. In the first installment, there was a similar buzz around Tahir Raj Bhasin, who played the villain then.
Vishal made his acting debut back in 2013, and is popular for his role of Akbar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap. He was last seen in Thapki Pyaar Ki, where he played the role of Prince. Apart from these shows, the actor also landed pivotal roles in popular television shows including Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, Diya Aur Baati Hum, Peshwa Bajirao, Chakradhari Ajaya Krishna, and Ghtatotkacha.
