MUMBAI: Recently actress Dia Mirza announced her pregnancy on social media. Ever since, fans are not leaving any chance to shower their love and blessings on the actress. Meanwhile, the diva is working on her fitness and was recently seen performing some exercises.
She shared a video of the same, thus giving us major fitness goals and reminding us about the importance of health in our lives.
Dia shared a few Instagram stories in which she is seen doing a range of prenatal exercises. She begins with a light, freehand workout involving her head, neck, and hands.

Earlier, she had shared a picture of her baby bump and announced the news of her pregnancy. She wrote, “Blessed to be…one with Mother Earth…one with the life force that is the beginning of everything…of all stories. Lullabies. Songs. Of new saplings. And the blossoming of hope. Blessed to cradle this purest of all dreams in my womb."
