Aamir Khan and Sachin Tendulkar form a mutual admiration club. Both superstars hold each other in high regard and share a close friendship. It was no surprise therefore to see Aamir organising a special screening of PK for the cricket legend at a suburban theater yesterday night. And Sachin was only too happy to accept the invite and arrived with his wife Anjali to watch the movie.
Aamir who sported a tense face before the screening looked highly relieved when Sachin lavished praise on his high caliber performance in the movie.
Said Sachin, "I promised Aamir that I won't reveal the story. I watch every movie of Aamir and he has performed differently in this film. I can surely say that this is his best performance till date."
Sachin looked amply impressed with the message that PK chooses to convey. "This is an out-of-the box film. It comes with a very strong message. It's undoubtedly a must-watch film," shared Sachin.
Aamir, for a change, chose to be a silent spectator allowing Sachin to do all the talking. The actor merely mused, "I was extremely tensed before the screening. Now that Sachin has liked the film, I feel extremely relieved."
Also present at the screening were Aamir's wife Kiran Rao, Raju Hirani, Anushka Sharma, Ayan Mukherjee, MNS supremo Raj Thackeray among others.
