SSR case: Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey slams Mumbai Police

Here is what Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey has to say on Mumbai Police.

MUMBAI: The case of late Sushant Singh Rajput is taking new turns with every passing day, but no conclusion has been reached yet. Fans are doing everything possible to ensure that justice is delivered to the actor and his family. It has been more than 50 days since SSR left us, but the Mumbai Police has no lead. Fans claim that the police is manipulating the case and trying to tamper with the evidence in order to protect the killer.

His followers have been demanding a CBI investigation and saying that nothing can be done by the Mumbai Police. Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey spoke to a leading news channel and expressed anger about how a Bihar Police officer was forcefully quarantined as if he were some criminal. Mumbai Police has been investigating the case for 50 days with no lead and are making a mockery of it.

He also commented on Rhea Chakraborthy’s petition to not transfer the case to the Bihar Police. He said that the same Rhea had earlier tweeted that the case should be given to CBI. Why has she changed her stance?
