MUMBAI : Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14, 2020, and his untimely demise left the nation shocked. Mumbai Police has been summoning and recording statements of people linked to the late actor. Among those who were summoned by the Mumbai Police were Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi, Mahesh Bhatt, Dharma CEO Apoorva Mehta, among others. However, now, Sushant’s friend Sandip Ssingh claims that his statement has not been recorded so far.

While speaking to Republic TV, Sushant’s close friend Sandip Ssingh said that Mumbai Police hasn’t taken his statement yet, though they have spoken to him in detail. “They (Mumbai Police) have not taken my statement as of now. They have called me, they have asked me whatever they can. They have spoken to me, they have taken all details from me,” said Sandip. He also said that Sushant was a happy person and that he wasn’t one who would commit suicide.
“He is not the guy who will do what has happened to him. He was a very happy guy. He used to always speak about films and dreams,” said Sandip Ssingh.
