MUMBAI: Sehban Azim is currently seen in Zee TV's show Tujhse Hai Raabta. The show has been successfully running on small screens for three years now.
Many popular shows have bid adieu to viewers this year. Tujhse Hai Raabta is one of them. The show also stars Reem Shaikh in the lead role. She plays the role of Kalyani Rane.
The viewers are in love with Reem and Sehban's on-screen pairing. Ardent viewers of Tujhse Hai Raabta are left heartbroken ever since the makers have announced that the show is going off-air.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Sehban and asked him about what would he cherish about the show as it is going off-air, to which he replied, "I am always going to cherish the cast. I have had one of the most beautiful casts, the whole production crew, my director. The show's shoot hasn't ended yet but I am already missing them. I already feel that sense of longing, we all have turned into a family."
"I am going to dearly miss my character Malhar, it has been one of the most interesting characters I have done so far. He wasn't a Mr Perfect, he had his own flaws and reality. I am going to miss his reality as I could connect with him so closely," he added.
Sehban shares his reaction to the show going off-air, "We have given three years to the show, I didn't pick any other project aside to give the whole time and soul to it. I did have an option but I chose to stay devoted to THR. Poorva, Reem and I have given complete time to the show, but the end is destined. So we decided to take it in a positive way. We aren't really cribbing about it. Instead, we are letting it go happily."
We asked Sehban what would be that one quality that he would take with him from Malhar, "His attitude of never giving up, I am surely taking this with me. Malhar has been so affirmative about his decisions; his sense of righteousness is surely going to be something I shall make a point at following. Somewhere we are one irrespective of the reel and real."
