The year 2013 seems to be a busy year for Karan Johar who has as many as three films lined up for release within a matter of a month.
Johar, who is just back after attending the TOIFA in Vancouver, has got into the promotion and marketing of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Bombay Talkies and Gippi and is going to be vividly occupied like never before.
Moreover with 2 States and Ungli making brisk progress courtesy the limited duration for Sanjay Dutt to finish his shoot, things have gone extreme for the filmmaker.

"What a year. Within six months of Student Of The Year, Johar has wrapped up, one of the four segments in Bombay Talkies. As a director, this is the minimum space between two of his films and now he has to promote it extensively as well. Just a week after the release of Bombay Talkies (3 May), will his home production Gippi arrive (10 May). Since the film is a non-star cast affair and at the same time unconventional, he is required to cover an extra distance to ensure its wide release," observed a source in the production.
Quips Johar, "Yes, I am going ahead with the flow. It is as hectic as it gets. With three films of mine coming so close to each other, I don't think I would have any time for even a breather."
Though he doesn't have to worry about the safe release of the Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone-starrer Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani that arrives three weeks after Gippi ( 31 May), expectations from the film means that Karan has a task in hand to see that it is ensured of a Rs 100 crore box-office return.
