MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Since Anuj was informed that Aadhya had passed away, Anuj has been looking for her. Anu, though, was certain that her daughter would not pass away. When she learns about Aadhya, Anu becomes upbeat. Anu learns that Aadhya is imprisoned with a crazy woman. She is with Megha, who believes Aadhya is her daughter and lost her daughter Priya. Her spouse Naren is giving her all she desires despite her mental illness. After learning that Aadhya is imprisoned, Anu resolves to rescue her in any way possible.
When Megha learns that Anu is Aadhya's mother, she finds it difficult to accept this. She makes the decision to hide Aadhya from everyone. Aadhya and Anu plan to get together for the Janmashtami puja. Megha finds out about Aadhya's plans despite her efforts to bring her to the shrine. Anu discovers that Megha has taken Aadhya somewhere else as she waits for her. She rescues Aadhya by moving behind her.
Anupama will give Aadhya to Anuj which will be his best birthday gift however their happiness is short lived when Megha stabs Anupama.
After being rushed to the hospital Doctors give very little hope for her survival and Anuj runs to Kanha ji's temple to pray for her.
