MUMBAI : Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Vanraj wants Meenu to get married, thus she is all set for a marriage. Baa agrees with Vanraj's decision, saying that they don't want Meenu to fall in love with Sagar and get married to him. So, a good prospect comes at home for Meenu.
The family feels grateful to have Meenu as their Bahu and hopes she would work in their luxurious hospital to boost her income.
Meenu upholds her premarital condition that she became a doctor to help those in need since she is more concerned with helping them than with making money.
Meenu gets rudely treated by Vanraj and Baa, who force her into marriage.
Meenu's approach is not going to work out because Baa and Vanraj are also against Meenu's mindset.
