MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Since Anupama is fighting for her life, she will be taken to the hospital immediately. Adhya can never be at ease again since she cannot lose her mother.
As Aadhya loses consciousness, Anuj will become aware of her situation. He will be seen informing the medical staff of Aadhya's condition and realizing that she has been experiencing panic attacks and needs emergency care.
The doctors will get her an injection as soon as possible to help her relax and settle down seeing how quickly Aadhya's condition is deteriorating.
Because Anuj would also lose Aadhya if something were to happen to Anupama, he begs God to save her.
Aadhya will be shown to be living with regret because of her stubborn behavior, which caused Anuj and Anupama to part ways for a long time and suffer in many ways.
Will Anuj Anupama and Adhya be able to unite and live as a happy family?
