Kashmira Irani: The most important tip is: When you are wet you shouldn’t go in front of air conditioner as it leads to cough and cold. Also, during this season lot of flies stick to your body and hand so make sure you sanitize it properly. Aditi Sajwan: Always carry an umbrella along. Avoid eating roadside food. Have a habit of consuming green tea on a daily basis as it helps to keep you fresh and active. Neil Bhatt: I would advice all to drink clean and boiled water. One should take warm water shower if one gets wet in the rain. Also, stay away from eating fried food as it might lead to lose motion and other ailments.
