Personal fitness mantra: Do all your personal work yourself. It can be anything- cleaning your house or even washing your car.
Diet mantra: Eat only when you’re hungry.
Exercise routine: I go for a swim at 6 am. And if I am not shooting, I go to the gym and do heavy weight training. Later, I go jogging and wash my cars after dinner.
Is food the elixir of life? Yes, it is. But, having nutritious food is important.
Are you a foodie? No, I am not.
Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Vegetarian
Favourite cuisine: Thai food
Favourite dish: Thai curry
Favourite restaurant: Mainland China
A must on my breakfast table: Peanut butter and bread
Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee... Sugar free coffee
Lunch generally consists of… Nothing specific. It can be anything like dal, roti, etc.
Dinner generally consists of… Whatever is available.
