MUMBAI : Debina Bonnerjee recently quit Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga.

She played a cameo role and as her fans will miss watching her on screen, we spoke at length with Debina to know about her experience shooting for the show among other things.

Sharing her experience, Debina said, “Shooting for Aladdin was a pleasurable experience as I have worked with them previously too in Vish for Colors and as a production house they are very good. Overall it was a great experience.

Talking about working with Siddharth Nigam and Avneet Kaur, Debina said, “I hardly worked with Avneet for two three days before the pandemic and after that she did not come on the sets and the lead is now played by Ashi Singh. I must say that both the girls are extremely sweet. As for Siddharth, he is a mind blowing actor and a very hardworking person. I feel he has the attitude of Gurmeet. I mean I have seen Gurmeet 10 years back and I see that spirit in Siddharth. Ashi was initially very stressed over the pressure of Avneet’s fans and I feel that she has good potential. It is very difficult to settle when the show is on-going and to play a character where somebody has already left a mark but she is doing a great job!

I will really miss mouthing the takia kalam ‘Maza Ayega’. Fans are already writing that below my posts on social media but I will also miss saying the same. “

What’s next, we asked her to which she said, “I would take it easy as I started shooting in the middle of the pandemic. I am doing brand collaborations for my YouTube channel and I think I am doing a good job as an influencer. “
