MUMBAI: Post Popatlal’s fiasco track, the makers of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (SAB TV and Neela Telefilms) have rolled out a new story revolving around Tapu Sena.
As we saw in yesterday’s episode, Gogi has found new friendship in a boy named Montu (played by Mariam Khan fame Honey Kamboj). Montu informs Gogi about a new mobile phone and tells him that it is worth Rs 40,000, but for him, it will cost a mere Rs 30,000. Montu asks Gogi to not open the box until it after making the payment. Montu ask Gogi to take money from parents and buy the phone.
Moreover, he tells Gogi not to share anything about the new mobile phone with Tapu Sena, as they are jealous of their friendship.
In the coming episodes, Tapu is concerned about his friend and asks him about Montu and the gift. Gogi is upset and asks Tapu Sena to stop being jealous of Montu.
Gogi later asks his parents Sodhi and Roshan to buy him the new phone but they refuse. Later, Gogi lies to his parents, takes money from them, and buys the phone without their permission.
What will happen when Sodhi and Roshan learn about this? Will Tapu Sena manage to bring Gogi out of Montu’s influence?
On being a part of Taarak Mehta, Honey shared, ‘I have really liked my character of Montu in the show. The cast of Taarak Mehta is very lively. Even in the breaks, they indulge in playing games and don’t go back to their respective rooms.’
