The ardent fans of Angad Hasija-Sara Khan heaved a sigh of relief when Angad was brought into Zee TV’s Ram Milaayi Jodi. Just recently the two tied the knot in the show and their followers were waiting to relive their Bidaai chemistry again. However, their happiness was short lived as the last episode of this show will be aired on 30 March 2012. According to the latest piece of news that Tellychakkar.com has gathered is that the team of Ram Milaayi Jodi will shoot its last sequence on 26-27 March 2012. While many believe that the reason behind the show going off-air is its poor numbers but the leads of the show Angad Hasija and Sara Khan believe there’s another reason for this. Angad, who plays Aditya in the daily says, “Sara and I are popular as Alekh- Sadhna and people wanted to see us together. So when I was brought into the show, our fans expected to watch our chemistry onscreen again but unfortunately that did not happen.” The actor, who has some successful roles to his credit, believes that his introduction track has elongated and delayed the love story, “When I was introduced in the series, the suspense was given more emphasizes rather than our chemistry. If Sara and my love story was introduced earlier, that could have saved the show,” opines Angad. Angad’s co-star and good friend Sara shares the same opinion: “Yes, people wanted to see us together in the show. They wanted to see the same chemistry they did in Bidaai, but unfortunately it was too late as the numbers start dipping.” Though Angad is a little emotional as the series is all set to go off-air, but he is happy with the production house and believes that it is one of the best production houses that he has ever worked with. “I enjoyed a lot and I will definitely miss everyone as I have spent some of the best moments here, especially with Sara. This was my first show with Zee TV and it was an amazing experience.” But Sara is not bidding the show goodbye with a heavy heart. “I am happy that the show is ending at the right time and it is not getting dragged. While doing Ram Milaayi Jodi, I got an opportunity to meet some amazing people like Kruttika Desai. I believe every good thing comes to logical ending,” ends the actress.
