Pratyusha to play Anandi!

It is official now: Pratyusha Banerjee will play the grown-up Anandi. She has begun shooting for the show in Jodhpur. Meanwhile the entire team is going through a tough time now due to the horrible weather conditions there. Our source says, "The last few days have been really testing for us though we got an appropriate location at Jodhpur. Pratyusha is doing a good job. The temperature here is bad there is no rain at all, in fact it is more than 50 degree and it is making the situation worse. The other day when we were shooting in the desert, our director fainted suddenly. We all were worried and rushed him to the nearest dispensary. The cause was extreme heat. Our shoot was halted for two-three hours. After taking rest, he was fine and resumed shoot. " As we reported earlier the final clash was between Pratyusha and Nivedita Tiwari but viewers voted in favour of Pratyusha and the channel too was keen on casting her. Further, the ‘new’ Jagdish has also been selected and will be introduced in the show after a couple of episodes.
