Rajesh Kumar supports producer Benaifer Kohli in the ‘Bhabhiji’ controversy

The storm brewing on the sets Bhabhiji doesn’t seem to settle down. In fact, the fight between Shilpa and producer Benaifer Kohli is getting murkier by the day. According to the new development, TV czarina Ekta kapoor has stepped in to support Benaifer and has also urged her fellow producers to stand by the latter in the quest to get justice. Taking a cue from Ekta's support, Television’s popular face Rajesh Kumar, currently playing a pivotal role on Neeli Chatri Waale, is rooting producer Benaifer. While talking to Tellychakkar.com, Rajesh shared, “Actors shouldn’t take undue advantage of producers. Walking out of a show is convenient, but what about the entire unit? Their bread and butter revolves around it. Every actor should have moral principles and work ethics. Nobody wants to self-introspect. It takes a lot of effort to make a show and turn it into a popular one.” When asked about actors throwing tantrums on the sets, he replied, “I personally feel that it’s because of lack of education and the kind of society you live in. If you are popular, it doesn’t mean you throw tantrums. Actors need to be grounded.” When we asked him what should the solution of the entire controversy be, he said, “It will be wrong on my part to come up with a solution. I would only say this... If a show has given you fame, money, acknowledgment, then why leave it.” Something to think about, eh?
