MUMBAI: Tellychakkar is back with another exciting update for our avid readers. 

We have seen directors turning into producers and launching their own production house but a journey filled with immense dedication and hard work is rare to see. 

Deepak S Garg is one such example who has recently launched his home production Folks Feature Films which is coming up with a satirical-comedy feature film Justice For Good Content. 

The renowned director who hails from Haryana ran away to Mumbai after facing major loss in business, he overtook a journey full of struggles, starting from working as a lightman and then went on to assist veteran DOP Binod Pradhan in path-breaking movies like Devdas, Munna Bhai MBBS and Rang De Basanti. 

He soon went on to become the Director of photography and did mega shows like Ek chabi hai pados mein, Prithviraj Chauhan, Jhansi ki Rani, Devon ke Dev Mahadev, Adventures of Hatim and innumerable others. He knew his inner calling was through undertaking the journey as a solo director and that's how he worked towards it and did shows like Devon ke Dev Mahadev,  Chandra Nandini, Super Cops v/s Super villain, Siya ke Ram, Prithvi Vallabh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Hara Hara Mahadev,

Mahashivratri kavach, Haiwaan, Brahmarakshas and many more. 

Taking his dreams further the director has recently donned the producer's hat and has launched his own production company titled Folks Feature Film. Deepak has become co-producer for the multi-starrer film Justice For Good Content and hopes to make a mark with this debut. 

Deepak S Garg has surely come down a long way and his story deserves to be recognized.
