Actor Sachin Tyagi will soon be back to the tube, in a challenging avatar. He has been roped in to play the lead in Rashmi Sharma’s upcoming show on Colors.
The story will focus on the ‘incomplete love story’ of two estranged lovers who after separation, would have gone on to live their individual lives with their kids. However, with the passage of time, the lovers of the past will bump into each other, and this will be where love will yet again ignite, with them wanting to complete their unfulfilled love tale. The story will have a Bengali setup.
Sachin, who was last seen in Zee TV’s Ramayan in the character of Raavan, has been chosen to play the male lead, who would be the father to a grown-up girl. Earlier, Ajay Chaudhary was close to bagging the role.
We hear that the promo of the show will be shot in Kolkata on the 27th of this month. Also, part of the show will be Helly Shah and Tejaswi Prakash Wayangakar who will play the daughters of the estranged lovers.
When contacted, Sachin Tyagi asked us to call him later.
Our efforts to get a confirmation from the channel proved futile.
Sachin is known for his noteworthy roles in Kaajal, Solaah Singaar, Tumhari Disha, The Adventures of Hatim, Ramayan.
As reported earlier, Muskaan Nancy James had almost bagged the lead role when she was engulfed by few family issues. We now hear that a relatively new actor has been roped in to play Sachin’s love interest.
