All the hard core soap lovers gear up for a new one!
Well, popular Bengali channel Star Jalsha is all set to launch a new soap titled ‘Mem Bou’.
It will narrate the love story of a foreigner girl and a Bengali boy.
Talking about the theme of the story, a reliable source shared, “Love is the theme of the story. It’s about how two people, who are from entirely different cultures, fall in love.”
“The family of the boy will be against the girl for being a firangi and how she will win their hearts will be the crux of the story,” added the source.
Talented actor Sourav Chakraborty, who was earlier seen in Aaj Aari Kal Bhab, has been roped in to play the male lead and a newbie will be seen easygoing the role of the foreigner girl.
Ace actress Mithu Mukherjee is playing a key role in the serial.
We tried to contact with Sourav for a comment but could not reach him till the time of publishing the article.

It will start airing from 19 September, Monday to Sunday at 5.00 pm.
