Amyra Dastur to romance invisible Emraan Hashmi in Mr X

Fox Star Studios India and Vishesh Films have roped in Isaaq actress Amyra Dastur to star opposite Emraan Hashmi in Mr. X that is to be directed by Vikram Bhatt. Touted as India's first thriller 3D film, Emraan will play the role of an invisible man. Undoubtedly with the advent of latest techniques of filmmaking, the film will have some ‘Jaw-dropping scenes’ which will be on par with international standards, according to Mahesh Bhatt. If film aficionados may recollect a film by the similar title was made a long time ago in 1957. The film’s title was based Hollywood’s The Invisible Man and starred Ashok Kumar, Nalini Jaywant, Ragini and Pran. The film recalls the story of wealthy businessman Jamunadas who is killed by person(s) unknown. The police take up this investigation and are clearly baffled as the killer has left no clues for them to go on. Before they could take any further action, Jamunadas' daughter, Nemo, is found dead in her bath-tub. The police suspect that this could be the work of the dreaded Mr. X, and want to question him. The rest formed the crux of the film. Mr.X is slated to release on 13 February, 2015.
