We all remember Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal from various cult comedy movies like Bhagam Bhag, Hera Pheri, De Dana Dan and many more. While the audience is waiting for the movie, the makers released the trailer of the movie a few days ago.
It is worth noting that Sarfira is a Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru, a 2020 movie starring Suriya. The trailer of Sarfira looked good and got a great response. Sarfira is directed by Sudha Kongara and has finally hit the theatres.
While the reviews are mostly positive for the movie, let's look at the business aspect of the movie. The movie’s opening day collections were around Rs 2.40 Cr. Meanwhile, the worldwide collections were around Rs 11.3 Cr.
The movie is having good word-of-mouth reviews and even on first weekends it did good enough compared to its opening day collections. On day 10, the movie collected around Rs 1.22 Cr. It made a worldwide collection of Rs 28.2 Cr.
