We already saw that Vanraj was missing from the baby shower organized for Kinjal and somehow Baa, Rakhi and Barkha ended up creating more drama during the function. Rakhi already instigated Vanraj by taunting him about Anuj filling his absence.

He decides to return home and is shocked to see Adhik trying to get close to Pakhi, who is smitten by him. He fumes with anger seeing this and slaps Adhik. Vanraj’s return created a major explosion as far as the drama was concerned.
