MUMBAI: Star Plus’ Anupamaa is one of the most popular television serials. The upcoming episode is set to disclose a lot of interesting drama. 

Anupamaa is shattered after learning about Anuj's accident, she rushes to hospital. 

Anuj is in the operation theatre and is fighting for life. Seeing this, Anupamaa breaks down in tears. 

Anupamaa is hurt and broken seeing Anuj fighting for life, something breaks in her.
