MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Megha will stab Anupama while she tries to save Aadhya from her attack. Anuj and Aadhya will be stunned by this and quickly take Anupama to the hospital, where she will fight for her life.
Aadhya will regret putting herself in her treatment of Anuj and Anupama, as her stubborn actions greatly increase their suffering. Aadhya would be deeply hurt by Anuj's decision to maintain distance from her.
Anuj can no longer connect with Aadhya as she decides to leave him even though he has made multiple sacrifices for her. Aadhya realizes her blunder and vows to win Anuj back with her love.
On the other hand, Anuj and Aadhya will not give up on Anupama and are determined to quicken up her treatment for her recovery. Anupama looks happy that Anuj and Aadhya are back in her life at last.
