MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Megha stabs and yells at Anupama claiming that Aadhya is her daughter. Anupama closes her eyes as she falls to the ground. Everyone is shocked to see her.
After realizing what Megha has done, Naren gets angry and tells Aadhya how proud he is of her. He tells Megha that he is embarrassed by her and that he will leave her as well if something goes wrong.
Paritosh tells them that they should rush her to The Hospital because the Ambulance will take time and asks Anupama not to lose her Courage. He drives fast.
While everyone sobs for Anupama, Pakhi criticizes Meera for failing to tell Anupama about Megha. Titu yells at her for her insensitive behavior. Aadhya cries while seeing her condition.
When Anuj is told he has one final chance to see Anupama, he begs her to stay with him.
However, Anupama takes her last breath.
