MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Prem appears to have accepted the Shah Family as his family and moved on with his life. He would disclose to Anupama that he is an orphan in front of her, concealing his background from her. The Kothari family will soon make an unexpected appearance.
The family wishes to seek blessings, therefore Anupama and Rahi will travel to the temple to present prasad. Mrs. Kothari, who longs to see her son again, will also be seen praying for him.
Unbelievably, when the Kothari family notices Prem, he ignores them, approaches Anupama, and takes her hands. When his mother realizes that Prem is more attracted to another woman, her heart will shatter into a million pieces.
Prem will appear to be upset with his family and want to keep his distance because he detests seeing them. When Anupama notices that Prem is trying to hide his tears, she becomes perplexed because she doesn't understand anything.
