MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

Paritosh states that it will take some time for the ambulance to arrive, so they rush Anupama to the hospital in the car.
However, Paritosh asks Anupama to maintain her courage and tells her that she will succeed. She will be fine, he assures her, but he asks her to be strong.
When Anuj tells Anupama that she cannot leave him in this manner and confesses his love and need for her, the story takes an intriguing turn.
Aadhya asks her to open her eyes, stating that she cannot suffer that pain once again. Paritosh tries to comfort her.
Following Anupama's death, which brings their love story to an end, Anuj also passes away. Moreover, Anupama's suffering is ended by this.
