Actor Saahil Chadha, who has appeared in TV shows like Ishaan, Yeh Parinde, Beend Banoonga Ghodi Chadunga, is a popular voice artist, having lent his voice to popular actors of Hollywood for the Hindi versions of their films.
Saahil has always been in news, be it for Utopia, the International Project which has won nearly 15 Global Awards, or for voicing for nearly twenty one Hollywood films in Hindi.
From the year 2011, he has lent his voice for heroes like James Mcavoy (First class/Days of Future Past/ Apocalypse), Jeremy Renner- Mission Impossible (Ghost Protocol/Rogue Nation), Puss in Boots- Zach Galifianakis, Neil Patrick- (The Smurfs/ The Smurfs 2), Men in Black 3- Michael Stuhlbarg, Epic- Steven Tyler, etc..
Now, Saahil has once again achieved a milestone (last month to be precise) in his soundtrack voicing career of lending his voice to none other than the extremely popular Hollywood figure, Tom Hanks.
OMG!! This is indeed another feather in his cap!!
Saahil had to go through five voice auditions which had to be approved by Voice Director Mona Ghosh Shetty and the Studios in LA. And finally, Saahil bagged the privilege to voice for Hanks in the Hindi version of Inferno.
Saahil says, "It was a huge challenge voicing for the Hollywood veteran. Since Tom Hanks (Mr Bachchan of Hollywood) has a peculiar voice, I had to make my voice gruffly to suit the Actor Star. It was strenuous and painful doing the voice modulation, and also matching the performance for five days continuously for the film in the recording studio. But overall, it was an enriching and a satisfying experience.”
