Office Office, one of the most popular comedy shows will now be seen on the big screen as a film produced by Eagle Films. The producers are releasing the film next month. “The entire cast and crew is the same right from the camera person to every big and small member of the show is part of the film. The production house did not want to experiment with any of the crew members because it would have lost its charm. Pankaj Kapur, Hemant and Sanjay are part of it too. We shot it last year. Rajiv Mehra, who directed the original show, has directed the film as well. It was really fun to be back together. The show was loved by all and we hope the film will get similar treatment too. All of us had a blast on the sets. So now there is no chance for the show to come back,” says Asawari Joshi who played the character of Mrs Usha in the show. Mehra was not available for comment. The first season of Office Office was aired on SAB TV while the second season Naya Office Office aired on Star One. It is a story of a common man Mussadi Lal played by Kapur. Mussadi gets trapped in a job where he has to constantly face corruption and red tapism. The star cast includes Hemant Pandey, Sanjay Mishra, Vrijesh Hirjee and Manoj Pahwa.
